The President of Education, Culture and Sport Commission, deputy Luciane Carminatti, in conjunction with the Association of Dance Professionals of Santa Catarina (Aprodança), promotes a public hearing on the implementation of the undergraduate dance course in Ceart/Udesc, na Legislative Assembly of the State of Santa Catarina (Alesc). The negotiations for the implementation of the course began in 2005. Since then, the dance community has mobilized around this agenda, which almost came to fruition in 2013.
