O Cineclub Cine Coisa Linda and the Nau Catarineta Cultural Center hold the screening of the documentary film Nothing needed to be redone. Synopsis of the film: directed by Alan Langdon e William Ledoux, the film follows the tour of Toucinho Batera, an irreverent master of musical sensitivity and creativity. After the band Toucinho Trio, hit the road in 2009 to bring instrumental music and the documentary Animation System, which addresses the life and work of Toucinho, to the stages of six cities in Santa Catarina. Original music and music by masters such as Hermeto Pascoal, Mongo Santamaria and Charlie Parker formed the repertoire of the presentations promoted by Sesc Santa Catarina. In 2018, after a crowdfunding campaign, the filmmakers were finally able to finalize and release the second documentary about Toucinho: Nada Needed to Be Refeito.
