The fourth edition of Fenatrute - National Trout Festival - counts on the participation of 19 restaurants of Urubici e Bom Retiro, serving dishes, snacks and delicacies of local gastronomy based on truta, a freshwater fish with noble meat, well adapted to mountainous regions. A menu specially selected to please the palate and pockets, with prices of a maximum of R$ 49,50 per person. The festival involves the main gastronomy establishments, inns, wineries and tourism operators in Urubici and Bom Retiro, whose distances from Florianópolis are between 172 and 136 kilometers, respectively. The two squares on Avenida Adolfo Konder, in Urubici, are the festival's stages, with presentations by local talents, tastings and training.
