March is the month of Saint Joseph's birthday. In commemoration, the city hall is launching a program that includes 15 days of activities spread across different corners of the city. Launching of programs, inaugurations of works, theatrical shows, musical concerts, religious celebrations, collective efforts, handing over of titles and cutting the cake. At this rate, the program runs until March 26.
