O Softplan Auditorium, at Sapiens Parque, receives the first Smart City Forum Floripa, a Forum-format version of the World Congress held annually in Barcelona. Four main themes linked to the development of cities and the quality of life of citizens will be debated: governance, urban mobility, renewable energies and planned neighborhoods. The event brings together more than two dozen experts, as well as representatives of innovative companies, such as Renault, Hyperloop TT, ENEL, CERTI e WRI. The debates also involve technicians from the governments of Paraná and Santa Catarina, from the Florianópolis city hall, representatives of entities such as National Front of Mayors, Santa Catarina Technology Association (Acate) and Sebrae. After the Forum closes, there is the book signing Leadership in Science and Technology Parks – The case of Santa Catarina and its similarities with Cataloniawritten by Roberto Rogerio do Amaral.
