Considered a pioneer and the largest pork rind festival in Brazil, Torresmofest is a gastronomic event dedicated entirely to pork.
Dishes such as pork knuckle, suckling pig, pork ribs, ham and pancetta are present.
In addition, pork rinds, stuffed pork rinds, mineiro pork rinds and chicken cracklings (with fried chicken skin) are on the menu.
The dishes are made by renowned chef Adan Garcia, who specializes in pork.
In addition to pork rinds, the festival brings together churros, artisanal chop, snacks, live music, ice cream and drinks.
The event, whose entry is free, takes place at Shopping Itaguaçu from November 09th to 12th.
