The exhibition held by the artist Julia Amaral is the result of a process cultivated over a number of years. It all started with the search for a feather from any bird for the discipline of metal casting, while still studying visual arts. She ended up finding a dead bird in its nest, choking on a nylon string. From this encounter with death, she began to conceive insects and animals in animal sculptures.
