The exhibition tells the history of the country through 18 panels where the rarest coins from the collection of the Museum of Securities of the Central Bank of Brazil are presented. Florins, sols, patacas and doubloons take visitors through the Brazilian economic and social trajectory, bringing many curiosities. For example, what is the origin of the expression heads or tails, at the beginning of the 18th century, with the creation of the escudos, Portuguese currency, where on one side there was the figure of the king and on the other the arms of the Portuguese Crown.
