Film Synopsis: Florianópolis, 2016, an urban production of cassava crosses the asphalt of the highway to a flour mill. On the southern coast of the state, communities collectively use the land to produce food for material and symbolic purposes. What keeps such practices alive? The documentary portrays the patrimonial condition of the Cassava Flour Mills of Santa Catarina through its illustrious protagonists.
