The first exhibition opened in 2019 at Badesc Cultural Foundation, the exposure collection and sprout contains artistic works that use as raw materials a mixture of organic and inorganic materials. The exhibition, with works by Marcia Sousa, addresses the organic forms present in nature, the collection of plant elements and the encounter with places that sprout. "Flying seeds, would they have any substance? In some of them, their wings are so thin and transparent that they almost don't exist. And yet they live, resistant in their delicacy, in the face of the weather and all kinds of aggression from outside. His flights are silent, solitary and brief: poetics of stillness and softness. They don't flaunt their falls, there's no shock, spotlights, they fit in the exact space between two tiny times" - reports the artist responsible. Marcia Sousa is a visual artist, researcher and teacher. Graduated from the School of Music and Fine Arts of Paraná, Master in Contemporary Artistic Processes from UDESC and PhD in Visual Poetics from UFRGS. She is currently researching the relationship between Art and Nature.
