Exhibition "Flows", Lu Bicalho represents the emergence, the conscious and voluntary exit from the immersion of old habits. It represents the unburdening of herself and her surroundings, self-knowledge, understanding a new context. It is the transition between the liquid and the ethereal. The opening takes place this Wednesday at 19pm. Lu Bicalho is a freelance illustrator, graduated in Social Communication-Advertising and Graphic Design, art educator, muralist and, currently, part of the staff at Inky Illustration Agency, in the United Kingdom. She has exhibited her work in Brazil and Argentina, contributed to magazines in both countries, won the 2008 Puma Urban Art award in Buenos Aires, published children's books in Portugal and had her illustrations printed on products in France.
