The exposure From Grain to Growler brings the entire craft beer manufacturing process, seeking to encourage the consumption of the drink made in Greater Florianópolis. Diego Simão Rzatki created 14 photographic panels with photos and explanatory captions, which present the recipe, the grain, the water, the hops, the cooking of the grain, the fermentation, the barrel, the choppeiras and the growler.
