the scottish artist Tadeusz Deręgowski brings to Brde Cultural Space sample Explorations - Paintings of Santa Catarina and Peru. The works gathered for the exhibition are mainly travel productions made between 2011 and 2017, in Peru and Santa Catarina. In them, Deręgowski sought to convey to the viewer, through colors and textures, the sensation of discovering the places visited. Tadeusz Deręgowski is originally from Zambia, South Africa, but grew up in Aberdeen, a provincial town in northeast Scotland, where he used to cycle along the River Dee. At the time, he was already painting pictures, but only a few years later he related the walks to painting, starting to paint the landscapes on the way.
