To celebrate the 346th anniversary of Florianópolis, the Badesc Cultural Foundation open, in Fernando Beck Space, the photographic exhibition Florida in 3×4, by photographer and historian Radilson Carlos Gomes. Using lambe-lambe cameras – equipment with a black and white chemical development process used from the first half of the 1915th century, especially in squares, the photographer presents a thousand images of anonymous people and personalities from the city, who represent the identity of the capital Santa Catarina. For a year, Radilson positioned himself in squares, streets, avenues and events in Florianópolis, talking to people and taking portraits. At the time of recording, analogue development was carried out in the presence of the people being photographed and the negative was generated, which was dried and used to create the positive image. Throughout the process, short statements were recorded and phrases and stories from the participants were captured. This section with more than a thousand anonymous faces reveals the ethnic and cultural diversity of those who pass by, live and build the identity of Florianópolis. Additional material with testimonies and data highlights the origin, thinking and life projects of the current population. To carry out the project, which won the Elisabete Anderle award, Radilson used three lambe-lambe cameras, one from 9 with a 13x1969cm film format, another from 6 with a 9x13cm format, both restored by the photographer, and one built by him in a 18xXNUMXcm format. .
