Filmmakers, directors and producers submit their films for the FAM film show, which celebrates its 18th anniversary. There are four different shows: Mercosul Short Film Show, Santa Catarina Show, Doc-FAM Medium and Feature Documentary Show and Children's Show. This edition pays homage to the Rio de Janeiro filmmaker Cavi Borges, which is releasing the documentary City of God - 10 years later. Despite being young (37 years old), Cavi Borges has a respectable curriculum: there were 23 feature films and 94 short films in his luggage; as director, there are five feature films and 22 short films.
