The third edition of the Gerações do Masc project will have as its theme the work of the painter Hiedy de Assis Correa, or simply Hassis. The Santa Catarina Art Museum (Masc) will receive Leilah Correa Vieira, the artist's daughter, and Denilson Antonio, a collaborator of the Hassis Foundation, for a meeting that will provide an immersion in the painter's life and work, a talk about his production in series , your photos and videos. In addition to the lecture, entitled Assim Hassis, two short films about the work of Hassis will be shown: Batucada e fpolis era.
The Gerações do Masc project proposes to hold a series of bimonthly meetings with the public throughout 2015, with the aim of disseminating Masc's institutional history by inviting an artist, art critic or professor to speak about a specific decade of performance of the Museum and its developments in the field of Visual Arts.
