Open to Brazilian artists who have lived in Santa Catarina for at least two years, the award will select 10 participants to be part of an exhibition at the Lindolf Bell room, from July 15 to 31, 2014. The grand winner will be announced at the opening cocktail party of exhibition and will win a one-month study trip to the Cité International des Arts, in Paris, with airfare and accommodation included, plus a subsistence allowance. The second and third place winners will receive a scholarship at the Aliança Francesa in Florianópolis, for one year and six months, respectively.
