The artistic-gastronomic show outlines a look at the strength of the culture linked to the flour mills and fishing ranches on the coast of Santa Catarina, bringing in its programming also the launch of the book/video collection Engenhos da Cultura, which addresses experiences of community articulation and of social movements linked to the preservation of the cultural heritage of the flour mills. There is also the photographic and audiovisual exhibition Luas de Maio, with the screening of the documentary Antes do Verão, a portrait of artisanal mullet fishing in Bombinhas. At the launch of the show, an agroecological cocktail will be offered with typical products and new blends prepared by chefs from the Slow Food Movement.
