Sixteen photographic panels, three informational panels and a life-size replica of a calf right whale, five meters long, will be part of the exhibition. During the winter and spring, dozens of right whales come to the southern Brazilian coast to breed the species.
O 'right whale project' is the organizer of the exhibition. Created 33 years ago and located on Itapirubá beach, in Imbituba, the institution aims to preserve the species, monitor and research the whales so that they can return to the south coast. In recent years, approximately 120 whales a year visit the region.
