Between the 8th and 18th of May, Florianópolis hosts the biggest gastronomic festival on the planet, Brasil Sabor, which installs its Gastronomic Arena in the central span of Beiramar Shopping. In the space, chefs will prepare their recipes in front of the public from the end of the afternoon, now also pleasing the children, also providing harmonized dinners and the Confraria do Vinho. The opening, on the 8th, will be with a cocktail accompanied by the launch of the book Secrets of Chefs, which brings all the recipes prepared for the festival. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, Arena Kids will provide children with a real immersion in the world of gastronomy, with professionals teaching children how to prepare cupcakes and other goodies, always from 14 pm to 18 pm. Afterwards, from 18:30 pm, adults will have their time to check out the delights of the festival, revealed by each chef who created the special dishes of the event.
