Located on Avenida Paulo Fontes, next to the Municipal Public Market, the Maricota Fair, where local traders settle to sell the most varied types of craft products. Handicrafts of the most varied types are found at the fair: they range from toys to objects for the home and decoration. It also has gastronomy with several options of traditional island cuisine (such as the cockle cake) and national cuisine (acarajé, for example), bringing more culture and flavor to visitors.
