The fair of organic products (free of agricultural pesticides and cultivated with social and environmental responsibility) is an action of the City Hall of Florianópolis, through the Executive Secretariat of Public Services (Sesp) and Comcap, in partnership with the Chamber of Shopkeepers (CDL) ) from Florianópolis, the Ministry of Livestock and Supply (Mapa), Cepagro and private and collaborative organizations that work with the recovery of organic waste and the production and sale of agroecological products.
To ensure food quality and safety, the project will have the Ministry of Agriculture and Epagri (Company of Agricultural Research and Rural Extension) to help certify and register suppliers.
