O Escape Tourist Experiences is with a road map protocols for Santa Catarina Flavors Festival which takes place in Blumenau on the 04th and 05th of August. A city tour, which passes through the main tourist attractions of Blumenau before arriving at Germanic Village Park, where the event is held. The Festival Sabores de Santa Catarina, which Catarina was successful in 2017, is a gastronomic event, which brings together all the diversity of raw materials cultivated, fished, created and produced in the State. Among the gastronomic attractions are more than 30 dishes, in portions ranging between 250 and 300g (with options made from pine nuts, poultry, beef and pork, freshwater fish, seafood, pasta and typical breads); vegetarian, vegan dishes, colonial products, cakes, pies e cucas; regional craft beers, wines, cachaças e non-alcoholic drinks. In addition to the gastronomic attractions and musical, the festival features show classes organized by Senac and Pericó Winery. The event also includes Wollstein Servitude Fair, with handcrafted products, a book fair and areas for children, with storytelling, inflatable toys, a ball pit, toboggan and trampolines. Tour departures are from Florianópolis (locations to be defined) at 9am, returning at 17pm. The trip is made in a 12-seater van.
