New Year's Eve 2022 by Franz Cabaret will have as fear "Leave your problems outside" , setting the New Year's Eve party with a mix restaurant, bar, art gallery, mini theater and event space. And to set the tone for the celebration, the band Denorex80 arrives with a performance that revisits the hits of the 80s. The singer Paulo Ricardo also has a special participation in Franz's turn and will sing, play the "classics" of his career. Still on the night/dawn playlist DJ Nano packs the first hours of 2022.
The cuisine of the day will be plentiful. The menu includes cold cuts with oysters, roast beef, guacamole, caponata, brie cheese with honeycomb and caramelized walnuts, buffalo mozzarella with confit tomatoes and pesto, ciabatta toast and artisan breads.
The hot dishes served will be lentils with smoked meats, lamb shank with mango chutney, rice with champagne and almonds. For dessert there are seasonal fruits (pomegranate, cherry, grape and strawberry) and fine sweets. Finally, mini sandwiches.
No open bar drinks are included: gin, whiskey, beers, sparkling wine, vodka, soda and water.
