This Friday, the Noca's house becomes the meeting point to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the most traditional samba group in Florianópolis, the A good catch, which prepares a beautiful party with many special guests.
The group A good catch it has been in existence since 1997 and studies the sambas of the islands using as a source the living memory of the old samba dancers, many of whom are still active in the dissemination of local music. In its trajectory, the group accompanied renowned samba musicians, among them Dona Ivone Lara, Bezerra da Silva, Xangô da Mangueira, Noite Ilustrada, Wilson Moreira, Nei Lopes, Guilherme Britos, Jair do Cavaquinho, Monarco and Arguemiro da Portela.
Music, Gastronomy and Art. These are the pillars of the house that seeks multiculture and the transversality of the arts. The aim is to renew the idea of pub food, without losing practicality. Decoration is a different case: it seeks order in disorder, as well as disorder in order.
