A Ides – Brotherhood of the Divine Holy Spirit makes another edition of Feast of the Divine. The cult in praise of the Holy Spirit, celebrated mainly on the Island of Santa Catarina and in the coastal municipalities, is a secular tradition brought by the Azoreans who arrived in the then Vila do Desterro, on January 6, 1748. According to the Brotherhood Ombudsman, Ademar Arcângelo Cirimbelli, at the time when the Divina Festa was taking place in Praça dos Firefighters, there was a radio system that animated the guests. The public has a lot of fun playing in the bingo and fishing. In addition, there are many options for musical, cultural, food and drink shows. In its 2018 edition, the IDES Festa do Divino counts again with the Divine Festa Web Radio.
