This Friday, the good vibe of Jamaican music is back in Noca's house. The band aquidasplant takes the stage to present a repertoire consisting of a lot of ska, reggae and rocksteady. The group, formed in 2002, spreads positivity and the protest of Jamaican music, remembering great classics by Ernest Ranglin, Tommy Macook, Rico Rodriguez, The Skatalites, Toots and The Maytals, The Wailers, Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone, Phillis Dylon, Toots and The Maytals, Ray Charles James Brown and others.
Aquidasplanta is composed of musicians Ricardo Juliani (drums), Tim Kaway (lead guitar), Gus Duarte (rhythm guitar), Arthur Miranda (bass), Guga Freitas (keyboard), Vito Lorenzini (saxophone), Fidel Piñero (trumpet) and Hemerson Calandrini (trombone). The show will also feature a special appearance by Renata Corrêa and Gustavo Barreto. It is essential to present your photo identification document at the entrance. Rating: 18 years old.
