This Thursday the good vibes of Jamaican music are back at Casa de Noca. The band aquidasplant goes on stage to pay tribute to Toots and The Maytals with vocalists Gustavo Barreto and Renata Victoria Corrêa, and trumpeter Fidel Piñero, who play some instrumentals from the 60's and 70's. Formed in Florianópolis, the band spreads a lot of joy, positivity , awareness and protest of Jamaican music, through a wide repertoire that includes reggae and ska classics.
Currently, the team is made up of Arthur Miranda (low), Eduardo Palhoça (trombone), Guga Prado (keyboard), Marcio Martinez (guitar), Ricardo Juliani (drums), Tim Kaway (guitar) and Vito Lorenzoni (saxophone).
Music, Gastronomy and Art. These are the pillars of the house that seeks multiculture and the transversality of the arts. The aim is to renew the idea of bar food, without losing practicality. Decoration is a different case: it seeks order in disorder, as well as disorder in order. Casa de Noca can work with poetry, visual arts, theater, circus or any artistic manifestation that the place supports.
