Unprecedented event in Floripa unites the famous American barbecue BBQ, lots of beer, music and visuals of Lagoa da Conceição. Perfect post-holiday schedule. In two days you can taste these delights served by pitmasters experienced: smoker high - Smoked and Parrilla (smoked pork ribs with homemade barbecue), T&Q Rustic American BBQ (smoked burger and surf'n turf) and Captain Smoker (handmade smoked sausage from Blumenau served with sauce on bread, hot dog style). To accompany, there will be 10 artisanal draft beer taps from Unika Brewery and 2 of beard beer - BeerBike. And to sweeten it up, trucks with desserts: Emperor Churros, Captain Ice Cream (ice cream, açaí and smoothies), riccelli - handmade sweets (pot cake, sweets and Italian straw) and nakombi (coffee). Saturday the sound is on account of Rick Boy Slim and Sunday has a show with Matheus Souto. The event will take place in the parking lot of Mercado Retiro, the same commercial complex as T&Q, from 11 am to 19 pm.
