The band Big dog, one of the most iconic of national rock, on the road for 18 years, presents the repertoire of the first live album in a show at Célula Showcase. The album Cachorro Grande Ao Vivo brings together the main hits and has a special participation by Samuel Rosa, from Skank, in the song Sinceramente. Other present successes are Perfect day, You don't know what you missed and Desentoa. Cachorro Grande was formed in 1999, in Porto Alegre, and is currently composed of Beto Bruno (vocals), Marcelo Gross (guitar), Gabriel Azambuja (drums), Pedro Pelotas (keyboards) and Rodolfo Krieger (bass). Since then, the gauchos have become a reference in national music thanks to their explosive performances on stages throughout Brazil, a merit recognized with the award for best show given to Cachorro at the MTV VMB ceremony in 2007. Based on influences that range from Mutantes to Beatles, Rolling Stones and The Who, the band's sound ranges from classic rock, Britpop and electronic elements. The group has performed with big names in national rock, such as Skank and Marcelo D2, and opened shows from Oasis to Rolling Stones.
