Ubuntu is an African word that has humanistic meanings such as solidarity, cooperation, respect, reception, generosity, among many other actions that we carry out in tune with the soul. The Ubuntu night will feature the band Aquidasplanta and the DJs on stage rams e Luffer. Banda Aquidasplanta is a collective of musicians from Florianópolis that has been disseminating Jamaican culture and rhythms since 2001. After 17 years acting in the Floripa scene, she became known by the public of the island of magic, developing language and vast repertoire of Jamaican music. The group's musical proposal consists of experimenting with classics mixing funk soul, jazz, R&B, Blues and Ska, Reggae, Dub and Rockstead, resulting in a heavy groove with a lot of musicality. Currently the team is formed by Ricardo Juliani (Drums), Gabriel Boss (Bass), Guga Freitas (Keyboard), Eduardo Palhoça (Trombone), Xuan Arfenoni (Saxophone) and Gustavo Barreto (Voice and Guitar).
