At the celebration of 7 years of existence of the Geography Collective, DeRaiz invites the team digitaldubs to control the sound. Created in 2001, Digitaldubs is the first sound team specialized in reggae and dub in Rio de Janeiro. The collective is one of the main representatives of soundsystem culture in Brazil and is increasingly gaining recognition on the international scene. With several vinyl albums and singles released on their own label (Muzamba), the group is also in the catalog of renowned international record labels such as ROIR, Soul Jazz, Universal Egg, Wordsound, Man Recording, among others. In 2008 they won the Orilaxé Award from the NGO Afroreggae. Digitaldubs collaborations include living reggae legends such as Jamaicans Ranking Joe, Sugar Minott, Cedric Myton and Earl Sixteen, as well as Brazilians B Negão, Black Alien, Otto, Mr. Catra and many others. In addition to the traditional dances that take place in Rio, the group has traveled throughout Brazil, toured throughout Europe, the USA and Latin America and appeared in the line-up of important festivals such as Tim Festival, Universo Paralello and Rototom Sunsplash.
