Easter Special at João de Barro Restaurant

With more than 20 years of tradition in International Cuisine, the João de Barro Restaurant offers a special option for customers on Good Friday and Easter Sunday. On the specially prepared menu are Bacalhau Gomes de Sá - flakes of cod loin from Porto, with boiled potatoes, onions, green peppers, black olives and boiled eggs (serves two people); Shrimp João de Barro - prawns sautéed in white wine with champignons fresh and noodles decrepe three flavors - nero de sepia, spinach and chili;  Sorrentines Bariloche - ravioli homemade smoked salmon with mountain sauce au gratin; flounder to Roquefort - smooth roquefort cream au gratin, served with rice and potatoes hazelnut; Trout from Trás-os-Montes: trout from the Serra Catarinense, prepared with onions, port wine, black olives, bacon and sautéed vegetables; Cazuela Seafood - shrimp, octopus and shellfish, served with white rice; Moqueca à moda Dona Diana: fish and shrimp moqueca, in a lighter version, accompanied by rice and farofa with palm oil, in addition to homemade noodles with seafood - noodles produced in the house and served with tomato sauce and seafood . In addition to the quality of the dishes and the charm of the house, those who are present on Easter Sunday are also entitled to participate in a raffle with Chocolate Egg Baskets. Offering differentiated service, the establishment is a house built by a family that, even coming from other lands, carries a deeply Brazilian heart.
