This Wednesday has The Skatetalities Special na Noca's house! Who takes the stage to pay tribute to the legendary Jamaican group is the band from São Paulo Brasilities, formed by musicians who have played or play in groups such as Lions of Israel, Reggae Style, Natiruts, Planta and Raiz, among others.
The Skatalites are considered the originators of ska, the root of modern Jamaican music, responsible for the emergence of rocksteady and reggae. Artists such as the king of reggae Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer, among others, have interacted with the group, leaving recordings in their passages.
