At the end of 2018, it's not just Christmas, New Year's Eve and get-togethers that bring joy to little manezinhos. the traditional restaurant Restinga Restaurant celebrates its birthday on December 19th and has prepared a very special party to celebrate its 27th year of operation.
For the celebration, which starts at 20 pm, the restaurant adopts a new look, with a special decoration, brightening the occasion even more.
The party has fireworks, musical performance com Nilera and Banda, wine and sparkling wine tasting and amusing presence of the Boi-de-Mamão.
Specializing in seafood, the restaurant, among many dishes of regional cuisine with Azorean influence, mixed moqueca, shrimp in moranga, grilled anchovies, shrimp bobó and fish fillets. All oysters and shellfish used in the dishes are fresh and locally grown.
The ambience gives the place even more appeal: a pier receptive to boats with folkloric decoration and a view of the Hercílio Luz Bridge.
In addition to its local fame, Restinga Restaurante was also recommended by the 4 Rodas Brasil guide and awarded at the 37th Internatinal Award For Turist and Catering Industry – Madrid 2012.
