The launch of the José Luiz Kinceler International Festival of Art and Culture – FIK 2020, promoted by the Arts Center (Ceart) of the University of the State of Santa Catarina (Udesc), is on Wednesday, January 29, from 11:30 am, at the central span of the Florianópolis Public Market. The ceremony celebrates the beginning of the activities of the event, which has a program scheduled until February 12, with about 150 free cultural activities.
