The band aquidasplant is inspired by the traditional music of Jamaica and pays homage to the masters of this country that has one of the richest musical cultures in the world. This time they prepared a night full of swing, dance, sweat and love: Floripa Ska Jazz is coming at PqQQ. Night with double beer until midnight. aquidasplant is a collective of musicians from Florianópolis that has been disseminating Jamaican culture and rhythms since 2001. After 17 years working on the Florianópolis scene, it became known to the public of the island of magic, developing language and a vast repertoire with regard to Jamaican music. The group's musical proposal consists of experimenting with classics mixing soul funk, jazz, R&B, Blues and Ska, Reggae, Dub and Rockstead, resulting in a heavy groove with a lot of musicality. Currently the team is made up of Ricardo Juliani (Drums), Gabriel Boss (Bass), Guga Freitas (Keyboard), Eduardo Palhoça (Trombone), Xuan Arfenoni (Saxophone) and Gustavo Barreto (Voice and Guitar).
