This Saturday, the musicians Alex Corrente and Jorge do Rojão will take the stage to rock the night in Lagoa da Conceição. Alex Corrente formed Pisamaneiro in 2008 with his accordionist friend Demetrios de Araujo, son of Dió de Araujo, one of the greatest icons of forró Pé de Serra and current northeastern music.
During this period he lived in São Paulo for 1 year and 8 months, playing in the best houses in São Paulo and SESC-SP. Pisamaneiro ended in 2010 when Demetrios, following a natural order of life, went to accompany his father Dió de Araújo playing the accordion. Alex Corrente was then invited to live in Rio de Janeiro and be part of the Trio Os Cabras, a trio with a strong expression on the stage, playing triangle and always as the main voice. Currently doing his solo work, he has been playing all over Brazil where Forró Pé de Serra is strong and present. Jorge do Rojão is a singer, songwriter, accordionist and music producer. He earned the artistic name of Jorge do Rojão and is one of the most promising talents of the new crop of Forró Pé de Serra. He stood out within the Forró Pé de Serra scene when he participated in the Trio Alvorada, since then he has developed work with several artists and bands of great representation, such as: Banda Rastapé, Peixelétrico, Banda Bicho de Pé, Edson Duarte, Zenilton and Diego Oliveira, among others.Start: 10/09/2017 02:00
