A Gafieira do Guinha premieres at Capone on April 20th A Gafieira is an event where everything is a show. The music is always performed by experienced musicians with very Brazilian improvisations. Gafieira do Guinha will be no different. Guinha Ramires is a multi-instrumentalist, guitarist, composer, arranger and has lived in Florianópolis since 1982. He is one of the most well-known and recognized cultural personalities among music lovers and producers in southern Brazil. In his new project he will bring a varied repertoire that goes from choro to salsa, boleros, sambas and other rhythms, all aimed at ballroom dancing. But this Gafieira will also bring an air of modernity, varying the set with surprises prepared by Ramires. The musician will bring together a team of great musicians to perform the repertoire of classics and songs with new arrangements and grooves. It will feature Percuteria (drums and percussion) electric bass, guitar, accordion and singer. The opening in the entrance hall with DJ Gustavo Monteiro will be accompanied by free drinks for women, from 19:30 pm to 20:30 pm. At that moment, a performance will be taking place on the dance floor, by professional dancers from the Paço da Dança school, with Marcelo Leal, who will interact giving tips to the public. An opportunity for those who want to perform the steps of ballroom dancing a little better. Soon after, the main show of the band will begin, scheduled to be presented in two sets of 1h15, with an interval of 15 min. The event is organized by Núcleo Produções and supported by Açaí da Amazônia, Farmácia Castanheiras, Hostel da Praia and Recicla Print, in partnership with the Paço da Dança school.
