A Noca's house welcomes the singer, songwriter and producer from São Paulo Monkey Jhayamo who releases the album EVIKA, in partnership with DJ B8, from Projeto Nave, a national reference when it comes to rap. The opening and DJing is done by the Original Cerrado Dub - OCD, from Florianópolis. With his unmistakable voice and strong political-social lyrics, Monkey Jhayamo extols self-knowledge, love for others and for the land, freedom and the fight against any form of oppression. His new album, Evika, celebrates the marriage of Monkey Jhayam's unmistakable voice timbre and versatile vocalizations, with DJ B8's dense, intense and swinging instrumental atmosphere. With lyrics with a strong political-social nature, the album takes us back to the 1990s, full of “Boom Bap”, containing funk, soul and reggae samplers. Music, Gastronomy and Art. These are the pillars of the house that seeks multiculture and the transversality of the arts. The aim is to renew the idea of pub food, without losing practicality. Decoration is a different case: it seeks order in disorder, as well as disorder in order.
