O Saravá Festival is preparing crazy nights with a lot of authorial sound and putting Florianópolis on the route of the most outstanding bands/artists in the country. And who comes this time is the consecrated band alafia. At this moment, the group, closely linked to the themes of Afro-Brazilian culture and its aspects such as candomblé, funk and hip-hop, proposes to investigate the language of samba soul in more depth, paying homage to icons that built this musical genre. Added to this language is the aesthetic reference of George Clinton and his P-Funk, further exploring Aláfia's vocal powers and bringing to light political, social and racial reflections, a predominant mark in his work.
