A Chef Dede's Paella was created with the aim of bringing together friends and customers for the opening of the season and has become an annual party due to its success. The 2017 edition will feature open food and open caipirinha bar, in addition to musical attractions such as Nelson Viana and band (pop rock) and Victor and Fabio (countryside). The event takes place at Chef Dedé Beach Bar, in Joaquina.
