The project Pay What You Want proudly presents the sound of the baianos do Toco Y Me Voy. The group is inspired by the idea of a musical DNA common to various styles of world music. The search for this kinship guides the compositions of the group that believes that the rhythms of Brazil and Latin America, rock, reggae, country, gypsy jazz, French and Eastern European music are part of the same thing. Formed by Thiago Ribeiro (vocals, guitar and mandolin), Daniel Neto (accordion and melodica), Gustavo Marimbá (bass and percussion) and Gabriel Zunga, the band from Bahia has been on the road since 2011, toured Brazil and Italy, participated in the Festivals of Music by Educadora FM in the years 2011, 2012 and 2013, at the Feira Noise Festival, in Feira de Santana, at the Salvador Spring Festival, at the Caymmi Music Festival and was one of the winners of the Caymmi Music Award 2015 in the Best category Videoclip script with the clip “Toco Y Me Voy”, Carnival in Salvador (2015) and Aracaju (2016).
