The party is a Joaca heritage and becomes even more popular every Sunday night, always bringing together fun and interesting people. Sambão da Joaca is now 9 years old and, traditionally, it is done by those who know and experience Floripa samba: the group Essence of Samba. All the band members are fundamental parts of Floripa's samba schools, in addition to the guitar master Walmir "Dedinho 7 Strings". Seeing is believing, samba of the highest level for all social classes. A musical journey from Cartola's samba song to Zeca's pagode, from Tom's bossa to the samba plot of the schools that rock carnivals.
