The trio Skrotes get on the stage of Noca's house to present compositions from their new album Nessun Dorma, released in January 2014, in addition to the new songs that came after the album was recorded.
However, they are far from being a conventional instrumental trio. Without labels or rules, the Skrotes move through all the styles that make up the musicality of their members: Chico Abreu, Igor De Patta and Guilherme Ledoux. Contraindicated doses of jazz, punk rock, Brazilianness and pop music mix in an almost unpretentious junkie vibe. The fusion results in compositions loaded with symbolism, random influences and sensations.
already the band Wild screws was formed in 2013 by music students from the State University of Santa Catarina. The group was conceived by composer and singer Taro Löcherbach, with the aim of expressing, in music and performance, the urban mythology described in his poetry. The goal is to create an immersive musical identity that evokes dreamlike, introspective and sometimes surreal aspects present in the lyrics.
Music, Gastronomy and Art. These are the pillars of the house that seeks multiculture and the transversality of the arts. The aim is to renew the idea of bar food, without losing practicality. Decoration is a different case: it seeks order in disorder, as well as disorder in order. Casa de Noca can work with poetry, visual arts, theater, circus or any artistic manifestation that the place supports.
