In September the American Tim Ripper Owens will be in Brazil for a series of shows on the “Stand Up and Shout Tour”, a great tribute to the master Ronnie James Dio. Tim Ripper Owens was the lead singer of Judas Priest, recording two studio albums with the band, Jugulator in 1997 and Demolition in 2001. Tim's time with the British band served as inspiration for the film Rock Star, starring Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston. He was also part of Iced Earth and Yngwie Malmsteen's. Tim Ripper Owens is among the greatest Heavy Metal vocalists in the world. Because his voice is very reminiscent of Dio's, Tim joined the band “Dio Disciples”, along with some former members of the original band. They are on a world tour with the Hologram show “Dio Returns”
