O Lindacap Restaurant, which has more than 5 decades of culinary tradition, offers a buffet lines with a menu specially prepared for the celebration of Ceia from Natal. Among the hot dishes are: breaded shrimp, cod, shrimp with catupiry, filet mignon stroganoff, California turkey, filet with funghi sauce, stuffed mallard, salmon with champagne sauce, green rondelli, seafood stew, 4 cheeses, oven-roasted fish, suckling pig, tongue soaked with peas, grilled conger with chestnuts and grilled picanha. Cold dishes: tender, gorgonzola cheese, parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, brie cheese, Italian salami, turkey and berries. Salads are served: cod salad, shrimp mayonnaise, heart of palm salad, house salad, mango salad, Russian salad, Mexican salad, Chilean salad, broccoli salad with cauliflower, chicken sausage and tropical mayonnaise. Sauces: tartar and vinaigrette. The garnishes served are: white rice, Greek rice, red cabbage, breaded fruits, soute potato cutlery, noisete potato, straw potato and sweet and salty farofas. The desserts served are diverse. On top of that, there's a live musical performance with voice, keyboard and bass.
