On New Year's Eve, you will be able to taste all the aromas and flavors of Chef in the House in an exclusive cocktail served in a bistro in the center of Lagoa da Conceição, around a pool with all the charm and glamor that the party has in store.
Os chefs Yann and Sandro will offer a special New Year's Eve menu, with entries of assorted canapés, Taboule, Octopus, Carpaccio and more. In main dishes, Curry Risotinho with Shrimps and Grilled Chicken Wings on a bed of Potatoes and Mushrooms. Ending the service, Desktop, Fresh Fruit Skewers, Mini Cups of Banana with Chocolate and Strawberries with Whipped Cream.
And to toast the coming year, couples will have, in addition to these delights, a bottle of Ponto Nero Brut sparkling wine.
