The guided tour takes place through the streets of the historic center of Florianópolis and situates the trajectory of the writer and poet Cruz and Sousa in the space of the city, from his childhood during the Paraguayan War to his engagement in the abolitionist campaign. Conducted by professionals trained in History, Historical Heritage and History Teaching, the meeting is open to the public and will begin at 9:45 am in Figueira da Praça XV. This is one of the historical itineraries offered by the Santa Afro Catarina Program on the first Saturday of each month. There will be cancellation only in case of heavy rain.
