Selina Praia Mole, together with Intuição Ativa, will promote on July 6, from 15 pm to 18 pm, a class at Praia Mole with functional exercises, yoga and meditation. With the sun and the nature of the setting, activities should provide greater absorption of vitamin D, more energy in movements and relaxation through the union of meditation and the sound of the sea.
